We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Creative Manager to join our growing marketing team!

What you’ll be doing
As paid media evolves, creative is increasingly becoming a primary driver of performance. This role is not just about generating ideas, but about building AI-enabled creative systems that allow us to create, test and scale winning creative quickly. Sitting at the intersection of performance marketing & content strategy, we’re looking for someone with an eye for creative storytelling, who understands the anatomy of paid media ads and can translate strategy into compelling, channel-ready creative. Key responsibilities include:
Creative Strategy & Briefing

Translate AI-assisted audience insight, customer understanding, competitor research and platform trends generation into strong concepts, hooks, messaging angles and creative frameworks.

Brief these creative concepts to our team of designers, videographers, copywriters, and influencer marketing.

Build creative testing roadmaps that explore new angles, formats, and narratives in a structured, performance-led way.

Turn campaign and performance data into better creative decisions, identifying what is working and where new experimentation is needed.
Creative Systems, Workflows & Scale

Build and refine AI-first creative workflows repeatable creative workflows that increase speed, quality, diversity and output across paid media, including:

Documenting & optimising creative processes, prompt libraries, testing frameworks and briefing templates.

Helping create a more systematic approach to ideation, asset production, feedback and iteration.

Develop and maintain inspiration, research and asset libraries to support faster and smarter creative development.

Establish quality controls to ensure AI-generated content avoids generic, low-value or off-brand outputs (“AI slop”)
Channel Knowledge & Best Practices

Stay up to date with the latest ad specs, formats, and trends across Meta, Google Ads (YouTube, Display, Discovery), TikTok and emerging platforms such as LLM’s (i.e. Chat-GPT)

Understand creative performs across different platforms and adapt outputs accordingly.

Understand how ad anatomy differs by channel (e.g., hooks for YouTube, scannability for Meta, storytelling for Connected TV).

Maintain and grow our Ad Inspiration Catalogue, curating examples to inspire future campaigns.

Keep a close eye on social and content trends, proactively bringing forward relevant ideas for testing
Industry Engagement

Attend industry events and webinars focused on creative excellence.

Share insights and notes back with the wider team, acting as a knowledge hub for ad creative trends.
We’d Love to Meet Someone With
-
Experience in a paid media, creative strategy or performance content role.

Strong understanding of paid social creative and how creative impacts performance.
-
An understanding of the science of creative: hooks, pacing, shots, and storytelling.

Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows, ideation and production
-
Proven ability in writing or briefing ad creative for design, video, or copy teams.

Proactive curiosity to stay ahead of industry changes and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, design, and production teams.

A passion for creativity in advertising, and driving performance through bold, innovative ideas.
