Hybrid/ Remote with, typically, two office days per week (Nottingham)
We are presently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid media, to join our digital marketing team. This role focuses on the performance and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms including Meta and LinkedIn. While paid media will be your primary focus, we are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing as a whole and is happy to contribute across the wider digital landscape.
It is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for planning, executing and improving paid media campaigns that drive measurable digital acquisition and commercial outcomes. Alongside campaign management, you will collaborate and work across other digital marketing channels such as SEO, CRO and Email Marketing, to deliver high-performance integrated digital marketing campaigns..
What you’ll bring…
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- A proven ability to deliver high performing digital campaigns and demonstrate measurable commercial impact
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into clear optimisation opportunities
- Experience writing effective ad copy for search and paid social campaigns that improves engagement and conversion performance
- A strong understanding of tracking frameworks, analytics platforms and performance metrics across the digital marketing funnel
- Confidence communicating campaign performance and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and clients
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to work closely with other digital specialists across SEO and development to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns

This position can be largely remote but some time in our Nottingham office (typically twice per week) will be needed in order to be successful.
