Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Search Manager to lead and optimise our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid search strategies, including PPC campaign management and media buying, to maximise our online visibility and drive targeted traffic. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Manage media buying activities to ensure efficient allocation of advertising budgets.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and optimise ad copy for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee PPC campaign management, including bid adjustments, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with paid search initiatives for comprehensive digital marketing efforts.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimisation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of PPC principles.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and experience in Facebook Advertising is desirable.
- Demonstrable expertise in media buying and optimisation techniques to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to complement paid search strategies.
- Experience with DoubleClick or similar ad management platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
