The Role
As a Paid Media Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day Paid Media activity, supporting strategy, campaign performance and stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of accounts.
This is a hands-on and commercially focused position, combining campaign management and optimisation with client communication, reporting and strategic input. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the continued growth of the Paid Media function.
The business is open to candidates from either a PPC or Paid Social background, provided you have strong hands-on experience and an interest in developing your wider Paid Media expertise.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Paid Media campaigns, ensuring activity is delivered effectively and in line with agreed objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of Paid Media strategies, using performance data and market insight to inform recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets and key KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and present performance reports, translating data into clear insights and next steps.
- Contribute to testing and optimisation plans across targeting, creative, messaging, bidding and campaign structure.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying relevant opportunities to improve performance.
- Work closely with wider digital specialists, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of best practice across the team.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing Paid Media campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong background in either PPC or Paid Social, with an interest in developing across the wider Paid Media landscape.
- Experience managing campaign budgets, analysing performance and making data-led optimisation decisions.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio is desirable.
- Commercially minded, proactive and confident working with stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, performance and continuous development.
