Paid Media Manager – Specialist Media Agency
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Salary: Up to £43,000
The Company
A specialist media agency helping ambitious brands connect with audiences in meaningful ways through data-led media planning, buying and performance marketing.
Part of a multi award-winning integrated creative group, the agency combines the agility of a boutique with the expertise, creativity and commercial focus of a broader agency network - giving clients access to genuinely joined-up thinking across performance, creative, content and communications.
What sets them apart is their approach to data. Without a large in-house analytics team, they make smarter decisions through deep persona segmentation, incrementality testing and a suite of dynamic personalisation tools - always focused on what's actually driving revenue over surface-level platform metrics.
With a strong pipeline of inbound work and clear ambitions to grow, they are now expanding their paid media team.
The Role
This is a Paid Media Manager role for someone hands-on, commercially sharp, and genuinely passionate about performance marketing.
You'll take ownership of paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok - managing planning, buying and activation across a diverse portfolio of national and international brands, while working closely with client services, creative, strategy and production teams.
This is not a siloed channel role. You'll be client-facing, involved in pitches, setting best practice across accounts and mentoring junior team members - someone who can both do the work and help raise the standard of those around them.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and optimise paid social and search campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok
- Develop and deliver personalisation and segmentation strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Brief paid social creatives in line with best practice, wider channel strategy and overall campaign objectives
- Build test plans and learning roadmaps to continually refine campaign performance
- Act as a key client lead across reporting, strategy calls and day-to-day account management
- Communicate performance clearly to clients - focused on business outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Conduct account audits and ensure best practice compliance across the portfolio
- Mentor junior team members and provide clear direction on accounts
- Contribute to new business pitches and forecasting
- Stay ahead of platform developments, emerging tools and the evolving digital landscape
Who Are You
- Agency experience in paid media - this is essential
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, with TikTok experience a strong advantage
- A test, measure and learn mindset - you're always looking for ways to improve and can articulate what's working and why
- Experience working with D2C brands, ecommerce or growth marketing is a genuine plus
- Commercially aware and client-ready - confident presenting performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball on detail
- A clear communicator - articulate internally and confident client-facing
- Self-motivated, open to feedback and genuinely ambitious about developing your career in performance marketing
Why Join?
- Join a growing paid media team with real opportunity for career development and progression
- The backing and broader capabilities of a multi-award-winning creative group, without losing the agility of a boutique
- Work across a diverse portfolio of national and international brands
- A commercially serious, data-led environment where your work is measured on revenue impact - not impressions
- A strong benefits package including flexible working, company bonus scheme, volunteer days, enhanced parental leave and more
