The Company
OptiCommerce is the specialist digital marketing and website agency for the optical retail industry — part of the Ocuco Group, whose software powers 7,500+ eyecare practices across 77 countries. We build and manage paid media programmes for optical retailers in the UK, Ireland, North America, and the Nordics. We are growing, and we're looking for a PPC & Paid Media Analyst to join our London team.
The Role
This is a hands-on paid media role — you'll be managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts and markets, owning conversion tracking and attribution, and turning data into clear performance narratives. You'll work directly with our Digital Marketing Manager and have real ownership of campaigns from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across the UK, Ireland, North America, and the Nordics
- Implementing and auditing conversion tracking via GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Building and managing Smart Bidding strategies (CPA, ROAS, value-based bidding)
- Creating performance reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Running A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Managing multi-account structures across Google Ads MCC
- Supporting Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (bonus if you have this experience)
- Collaborating with our SEO, CRO, and web teams to align paid media with wider digital strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing Google Ads (or 2+ years agency-side experience) — hands-on, not just oversight
- Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking best practices
- Experience with Smart Bidding strategies in a performance-focused environment
- Confident building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio
- Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple accounts and markets simultaneously
- Analytical mindset — you enjoy digging into data and turning it into actionable insights
- Agency experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in e-commerce or appointment-driven sectors is a plus (not essential)
Location & Working Pattern
Chiswick, London. Hybrid working, 3 days in the office. We're a tight-knit team and the in-office days matter, as collaboration and learning from each other is central to how we work.
Why Join OptiCommerce?
- Be part of a niche, global agency with genuine specialism — not a generalist shop
- Work across international markets from day one (UK, Ireland, North America, Nordics)
- Real ownership and autonomy — you'll shape campaigns, not just execute instructions
- Close-knit, experienced team in a business backed by a stable, global group (Ocuco)
- Career development path with genuine progression opportunities
