Role Description The Paid Media Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition and engagement for Toothfairy™. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, setting up and managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other relevant networks, and monitoring performance against key metrics. The role involves analyzing campaign data, producing regular reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness. The Paid Media Executive will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging, creative assets, and landing pages with campaign objectives. This role also includes staying up to date with digital advertising trends, testing new channels or formats, and ensuring campaigns comply with healthcare and advertising standards.
Qualifications
- Strong media planning skills, including budget management, channel selection, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience in social media marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to drive growth and engagement across platforms.
- Effective communication and writing skills for clear briefs, performance summaries, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with digital advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust campaigns based on performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in health tech, telehealth, or consumer apps is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
