We’re looking for a commercially-minded growth leader to join us on a Fixed Term Contract and drive Paid Media performance across the Teemill ecosystem. This is a high-impact role with real influence — leading strategy, performance and innovation across multiple brands, products and international markets during an exciting period of growth and development. You’ll oversee a £6m+ media budget, lead a talented Paid Media team, and play a key role in scaling performance across ecommerce, B2B and marketplace channels. What you’ll be doing
- Leading Paid Media strategy across Teemill Stores, Platforms, Rapanui and Shirtbox
- Owning and scaling a £6m+ annual media budget across multiple channels and markets
- Driving profitable growth through ROI and CPA-focused campaign performance
- Managing paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft and other emerging channels
- Identifying new growth opportunities, audience strategies and international expansion plans
- Building strong attribution and reporting frameworks to support smarter decision-making
- Working closely with creative, CRM, content and development teams to maximise campaign impact
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a high-performing Paid Media team
- Bringing AI and automation into workflows to improve efficiency, insight and performance
- Presenting performance insights, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and directors
- Helping shape wider business and people strategies through cross-functional leadership
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in Paid Media, with at least 3 years leading teams and strategy
- Proven experience managing large-scale, 7-figure media budgets
- Strong hands-on knowledge of platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and YouTube
- Experience scaling growth across ecommerce, B2B or multi-brand businesses
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of profitability, acquisition and growth strategy
- Confident using data, attribution and reporting to drive performance decisions
- Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership
- Experience entering new markets or running cross-border campaigns is a big plus
- Passion for innovation, experimentation and using AI to improve the way marketing works
- A collaborative leader who can bring teams together and remove blockers to success
