We're looking for a Paid Media Buyer who loves scaling businesses, solving problems, testing new ideas and delivering exceptional results for clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Planning, launching and optimising Meta & Google advertising campaigns.
- Managing a portfolio of exciting eCommerce and lead generation clients.
- Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Testing creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages to improve results.
- Working closely with our Creative, Strategy and Client Success teams.
- Presenting ideas and recommendations to clients with confidence.
- Staying ahead of platform updates and industry trends.
- Helping clients scale through proactive marketing strategies—not just maintaining accounts.
We're looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads.
Understands campaign strategy, testing and optimisation.
Can confidently analyse data including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
Thinks commercially and genuinely cares about client success.
Is proactive, organised and takes ownership of their work.
Enjoys working within a collaborative, ambitious team.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Shopify or WooCommerce
- GA4
- Klaviyo
- Lead generation campaigns
- Competition or eCommerce brands
