We’re looking for the best in paid media talent with a creative, fashion or home background - an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our fast growth agency and team of expert marketers.
The role
- Lead the day to day communication and management of our wonderful clients.
- Own the relationship between activation, creative briefing and client communication.
- Drive innovation across our clients, delivering the best results and highest quality of service.
- Proactively strive to test and learn across accounts.
- Manage clients across both paid social and paid search.
- Assist the new business team with pitching and auditing prospective client accounts
What we are looking for
- Experience planning and executing campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search for home, fashion and lifestyle brands.
- Experience creating and implementing testing plans and strategies, across the full funnel.
- A long term planner who also has the ability to react to quickly changing trends and advancements in technology
- An ability to troubleshoot across various accounts and find ways to optimise and maximise performance.
- An independent and proactive communicator who can work well with clients and loves to build relationships.
- A creative eye to offer creative insight and recommendations of top performing industry creatives to deliver creative strategies that drive real results.
- An inquisitive interest in attribution and cross channel marketing models.
- Up to date on key industry changes, both in platforms and the wider digital marketing landscape.
- A multi-tasker who is able to manage their time and priorities.
Must haves
- 4+ years experience leading Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns for e-commerce brands, particularly in the fashion, home and interiors space - whether in-house or for agencies.
- Deep understanding of the Meta and Google platforms including campaign structure, QA, creative best practices, reporting, analysis, catalogs, and pixel troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering creative briefs for internal teams and clients.
- Line management experience.
