About the Role
We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own execution and performance across all paid channels, driving both revenue and reach across the business.
This role sits within the growth function and is responsible for turning strategy into execution. You’ll take full ownership of paid media across all channels, building out an untapped resource for our business.
This is a builder role — many channels are early or not yet live. You’ll launch, test and scale them, while helping define how paid media operates at PerfectTed. We have a high appetite for testing, so expect to be experimental.
You’ll also play a key role in embedding AI into how we run paid media, ensuring we move faster and smarter than competitors. It's imperative that we're at the forefront of developments in AI, and you'll be expected to be ahead of the curve and be provided with the resources to do so.
Key Responsibilities
🤖 AI-First Paid Media Execution
• Embed AI into how paid media is run
• Use AI across campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and workflows
• Improve speed, output and decision-making through automation
• Continuously identify smarter, faster ways of working
• Bring an AI-native mindset to the role
🎯 Paid Media Execution & Channel Ownership
• Own end-to-end execution across all paid media channels, in the UK and internationally
• Priority: TikTok, Meta, Google (incl. YouTube), Amazon PPC
• Scaling: Snap, Pinterest, Temu and emerging platforms
• Drive performance across structure, audiences, bidding, creative and spend
• Focus on ads that don’t feel like ads while delivering reach and revenue
📊 Commercial Performance & Budget Ownership
• Manage budgets dynamically based on performance and opportunity
• Track and improve ROAS, CAC, contribution and key commercial metrics
• Build reporting, forecasting and clear performance narratives
• Turn data into actionable commercial decisions
🚀 Channel Strategy, Launch & Experimentation
• Launch and scale new paid channels and growth opportunities
• Build and execute testing roadmaps across channels
• Identify new platforms, audiences and formats to unlock growth
• Stay ahead of emerging paid media and commerce trends
• Scale what works quickly and efficiently
🎥 Creative Performance & Team Building
• Work closely with Growth and Brand to develop ads that don’t feel like ads
• Feed into and help scale the content engine
• Analyse creative performance and iterate rapidly
• Manage freelancers/agencies and support building the paid media team over time
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
• AI-native and demonstratable commercial impact through AI initiatives (non-negotiable)
• 4–5 years hands-on paid media experience
• Strong cross-channel experience: Google, YouTube, TikTok, Meta
• Experience working alongside or managing Amazon PPC
• Proven ability to drive revenue through paid channels
• Highly data-driven and commercially analytical
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel strategy and creative testing
• Able to operate both strategically and executionally
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies or external partners
• Thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments
• An understanding of brand and what makes a good creative
