Overview

What will you be doing?

We’re hiring Media Performance Executives to join our media teams across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s keen to learn how digital advertising works across multiple channels and build strong foundations in performance marketing.

You’ll be supported by experienced managers and specialists, working with data, platforms, and reporting tools to help deliver effective digital campaigns. No prior agency experience is required. We’re looking for curious, analytical, and motivated individuals who want to develop a career in digital media. You’ll focus primarily on one of the areas below, while building a broader understanding of performance media as a whole:

Paid Search:

You’ll help plan, build, optimise, and report on search advertising campaigns. This includes analysing performance data, spotting trends and opportunities, supporting campaign builds, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality control.

Paid Social:

You’ll support the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. You’ll work with performance data, contribute to reporting and insights, and help ensure campaigns are running smoothly and accurately.

Programmatic:

You’ll assist with the delivery and optimisation of programmatic display and video campaigns. This includes campaign trafficking, quality assurance, performance analysis, reporting, and learning how audience-based buying and ad technology platforms operate.

Responsibilities

Work with data and reporting tools to track campaign performance
Support campaign setup, optimisation, and quality assurance
Help prepare clear, accurate reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders
Learn industry tools, platforms, and best practices

Qualifications

Essential:

Have a strong interest in digital media, advertising, or technology
Enjoy working with numbers, data, and problem-solving
Have excellent attention to detail
Are organised and able to manage tasks and deadlines
Communicate clearly, both written and verbally
Are eager to learn and develop new skills
Are proficient in using Excel (with a strong interest in continuing to develop your skills)
Work well as part of a team

Nice to have (but not required):

A relevant degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in marketing, media, data, or analytics
Any exposure to digital marketing tools or platforms

Additional information

Employees joining The Pack, an early careers programme that connects, supports and develops you to kick-start your career with us, initially start with an annual salary of £28,850.

🌟 What to Expect from the Arctic Shores Assessment

As part of our selection process, we use an Arctic Shores game-based assessment to help us understand your natural strengths in a fair, engaging way. This isn’t a quiz about what you know, it’s about showing how you think, behave and solve problems in real time.

What it is

A series of interactive tasks (games) designed to measure problem-solving, decision-making, adaptability, focus and other work-relevant behaviours.
You won’t see typical questions, instead, you’ll play activities that look and feel like simple games.

How it works

You’ll receive an email with a link and simple instructions.
Before the official assessment you can try a practice task so you’re confident with the format.
The assessment usually has around 7-9 tasks and should take about the same time as a standard online test.

Choose a quiet, distraction-free space with a reliable device.
Read the instructions carefully before starting each activity.
Be yourself - Arctic Shores is designed to capture how you naturally approach challenges, not what you think is the “right” answer.
