The Role
Title: Junior Paid Media Manager
Job Type: Full time
Start Date: ASAP
Times: Monday - Friday 9.30-6pm
Salary: Dependent on experience
Experience required: Recent hands-on experience with media planning, reporting and in-platform campaign builds across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
This is a hybrid role, though we would consider fully remote for the right candidate.
We are looking for…
- Someone with 3+ year’s experience setting up and running campaigns within Meta Business Suite and knowledge of the full capabilities of the platform (events manager, ads reporting etc), as well as other paid platforms, including Google, X, TikTok and/or LinkedIn
- Prior experience with Programmatic Display would be a bonus but not essential
- Recent hands-on experience devising performance focused media plans
- Experience and confidence working across both performance and brand clients
- A proactive approach to campaign management and optimisation, ensuring all deadlines and KPIs are met or exceeded
- An ability to think creatively about client / campaign challenges and work with the team to come up with innovative approaches
- A track record of implementing A/B tests and testing frameworks to gain insight and drive performance
- An understanding of pixel and UTM tracking implementation across platforms, and how to analyse conversion and Google Analytics data
- The ability to be highly organised, working in a fast-paced environment and bring strong time management and project management skills to the team
- Proficient/advanced knowledge of office tools, such as excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc) for reporting & media plans, and canva, power-point/keynote for client presentations
- Ability to multitask and work well within a department which requires accuracy and attention to detail but also the ability to react quickly and flexibly to client requests
- Display confidence at working both autonomously and also as part of a tight-knit team
- Great relationship building skills both internally and externally
- An ability to problem solve whilst staying cool under pressure
- A passion for culture – to be a part of it, shape it and create it
- A clear communicator who is responsive, open and honest at all times
