What does being a Senior Account Manager at ethix look like?
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll help 3-5 purpose-led organisations drive positive impact in the world by confidently managing their PPC and Paid Social campaigns (typically Meta and Google Ads, but with opportunities to work across LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, TikTok and more).
When you start at ethix you’ll join a pod overseen by an Account Director. Within your pod you’ll manage specific channels and campaigns for your clients, owning day-to-day strategy and performance decisions to generate the best results. For smaller clients in your pod you’ll also get the opportunity to own whole client relationships, as well as oversee elements of more junior team members work.

- You’re a confident communicator, extracting insights and telling stories with your data
- You enjoy collaboration and are always looking for new ways to challenge yourself and grow
- Bonus: you have a passion for social / environmental impact
Essential skills & experience:
- 3+ years experience working in PPC & Paid Social (we require both)
- The ability to build, optimise and report on campaigns independently
- Confident in producing & presenting strategy / performance decks
- Confident leading client calls
- Confident with data analysis & handling large data sets
- Experience delegating to junior team members & ensuring they produce quality work
Bonus skills & experience:
- Using Adverity to build data sources & Looker Studio dashboards
- Using & integrating CRMs to ad platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Setting up & vetting tracking in Google Tag Manager
