Paid Media Manager
Location: Hybrid (Bristol-based)
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)

Hatch Digital Marketing is an ambitious and growing digital marketing agency. We’re looking for a forward-thinking Paid Media Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we deliver performance for our clients.
Our client base is diverse and well-established, spanning both B2B and eCommerce businesses. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of accounts, influence strategy, and work closely with clients to drive meaningful growth
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, you’ll be responsible for planning, building, managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility. You’ll be just as comfortable setting up and optimising campaigns as you are analysing performance, identifying opportunities, and confidently presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
You’ll work across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Video, and paid social campaigns, helping clients maximise return on ad spend while continuously testing and innovating.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver paid media strategies for new and existing clients
- Build, manage and optimise campaigns across: Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping/PMax, Video), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
- Own and manage client budgets and performance targets
- Analyse campaign performance and produce clear, insightful client reports
- Identify growth opportunities, testing ideas, and new channels or formats
- Write compelling ad copy and contribute to creative direction
- Proactively recommend improvements and strategic changes
- Stay up to date with industry changes and platform updates, sharing insights with the team
- Build strong client relationships and lead regular performance and strategy discussions
About You
You’re passionate about Paid Media and genuinely enjoy digging into data to uncover insights and opportunities. You take pride in your work, are naturally curious, and enjoy taking ownership of client success. You’ll ideally have experience working in a small or medium-sized agency environment, where juggling multiple accounts and priorities is second nature.
You are:
- Confident managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills
- Confident communicating with clients and explaining performance clearly
- Proactive about learning and developing your skills
- Someone who takes responsibility and enjoys autonomy
