Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimise, and scale paid advertising across multiple Google Ads accounts for our growing online beauty education and e-commerce brands.
This is a remote, part-time role ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on data, performance optimisation, and delivering measurable ROI within a focused number of weekly hours. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign efficiency across several brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimise, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts across different brands and objectives as well as develop and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across Bing Ads, and social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok Ads.
- Plan, build, and continuously improve Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct detailed keyword research using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify high-performing keywords that align with campaign goals reporting for an hour meeting each week with MD and stake holders (sometimes in the evening to accommodate global time differences
- Write, test, and refine high-performing ad copy aligned with brand messaging and conversion goals.
- Monitor and manage budgets, bids, audience signals, and campaign performance to meet ROI targets.
- Set up, audit, and optimise conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy.
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of wasted spend.
- Deliver clear, concise performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Troubleshoot tracking, performance, and policy-related issues within Google Ads.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates, automation changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to align paid media strategy with wider business and growth goals on all social platforms, staying current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO/SEM best practices, and emerging advertising technologies to continually enhance campaign performance.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through paid media execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and optimising multiple Google Ads accounts and other platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking frameworks.
- Experience working with e-commerce and/or online education funnels (preferred but not essential).
- Solid understanding of Affiliate marketing, Media buying, Media planning, Conversion optimization techniques, and E-commerce advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with Keyword research methodologies and SEO best practices to support paid campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets effectively across multiple campaigns while maintaining high ROI.
- Highly analytical, data-led approach to decision-making and optimisation.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently within an average of 10 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain performance and insights.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
