Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and content creation to ensure cohesive messaging.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
Strong knowledge of public relations principles and how they integrate with digital marketing efforts.
Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
