About the role...
As a Head of Paid Media, you’ll join a growing Paid Media department and assist with the activation and strategic planning of Paid Media campaigns for a selection of the agency’s key clients and looking after a team of specialists
What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Plan strategy of Paid Media across GoogleAds, BingAds, Meta, TikTok etc across a selection of agency’s flagship clients
- Manage digital marketing spends into the thousands per month
- Liaise with clients regularly to ensure that are update on campaign performance
- Present ideas to Senior Leadership to ensure the department is being grown and developed
- Take part in recruitment and team development
- Directly manage a small team of executives and managers
- Work with the creative departments and ensure visuals align against strategy and activation
About you...
To be considered for this Head of Paid Media role you must have a passion for all things Biddable Media
- Previous experience within a Paid Media focused role, with a strong background specifically within Paid Search and Paid Social
- Strong experience using tools such as, GoogleAds, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and many more
- Have strong numerical skillset with working experience of MS Excel and Google Analytics
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks and conduct performance reviews
- Be confident enough to speak to clients regularly and take lead upon meetings
- Digital Marketing Agency experience (not essential)
- Be able to manage large digital spends
- Understanding of the wider Paid Media sphere (Paid Social, Display and Affiliates)
- You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre
