Take ownership of large-scale paid search accounts across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other PPC platforms.
Develop and implement paid search strategies across UK and international markets, identifying opportunities to improve performance and ROI.
Build strong client relationships, lead strategic discussions and present campaign performance and recommendations.
Oversee campaign budgets, conduct account audits and work closely with senior leadership to develop the wider paid search offering.

Essential Experience:

3-5 years' experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience managing complex PPC accounts.
Experience managing and optimising PPC budgets of varying sizes while delivering against performance targets.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and support team development.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + 10-15% Bonus
