The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to join our agency team at Gripped to help deliver outstanding work for our lovely B2B, SaaS & Tech clients. Working with our paid media and account teams, you'll oversee campaigns from start to finish, across Paid Search & Social.
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with genuine curiosity and drive. You'll thrive here if you're the type of person who gets excited about testing new approaches, loves digging into data to find opportunities, and wants to be part of building something special.
An ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Researching, planning and building campaigns from scratch - keyword and audience research, account structure, ad copy, and configuration across Google, Bing and LinkedIn
- Managing day-to-day execution across a client portfolio, monitoring performance and making proactive optimisation changes to hit and exceed targets
- Writing monthly performance commentary that goes beyond the numbers - what happened, why, and what's next
- Producing post-campaign analysis with clear takeaways that feed into future strategy
- Getting comfortable with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Google Ads) - understanding goals, conversion paths, and attribution windows
- Collaborating with other specialists at Gripped where it helps client performance
- Keeping up with developments in paid advertising technology and bringing relevant ideas back to the team
Must-have requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Paid Media Management (Hands-on experience across Google, Bing and LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
Nice to haves:
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Experience with Data Studio & PowerMyAnalytics
- Experience in other Google Tools (Google Tag Manager, Search Console)
- An understanding of the fundamentals of search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Experience in B2B, SaaS or Tech is preferred
- Google & LinkedIn Exams
