The Opportunity
Paid media and organic social are incredibly important commercial levers for Holly & Co.
We need someone to own our paid media activity, scale it significantly across the rest of this year, and ongoing, building on what we have now and optimise relentlessly so we can maintain efficiency as we grow. You will manage our paid media budget and manage our retained media agency.
You will also own the organic social strategy and commercial impact of our two Instagram accounts, @holly.co and @hollytucker, and our Facebook presence. You will also lead the launch of Pinterest as a new commercial organic channel.
This role is for you if you're a commercially minded paid media and social expert who has owned notable budgets and targets, understands how to deploy media across the full funnel, and knows how to take something already working and make it meaningfully better.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Media
- Own and deliver a full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other channels as appropriate, working closely with the Digital Director
- Develop and manage campaign plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring delivery against ROAS, CAC and customer targets
- Plan our annual campaign calendar, balancing seasonal vs BAU and self-purchase vs gifting
- Define channel role, formats, creative, product selection, audience targeting and test plans for all campaigns, collaborating with the wider team.
- Maintain a live feedback loop on creative, ad set and product performance — feeding insights into live optimisations, upcoming campaigns, and other channel activity
- Lead performance analysis and reporting, translating data into clear, actionable insights for the wider business
- Manage our paid media agency, working very closely with them to ensure best-in-class execution and running quarterly reviews
- Work with the site team and product team on continually optimising the product feed
Organic Social Strategy — @holly.co & @hollytucker
- Own the content and commerce calendar across @holly.co Instagram and Facebook — planned with the trading calendar, gifting moments, and self-purchase opportunities front of mind
- Set and track commercial KPIs for organic social and their downstream impact on revenue
- Work alongside our community lead on the @hollytucker account, bringing commercial rigour to an account with strong engagement but an underdeveloped commerce path
- Lead the Pinterest strategy for Q4 2026 and beyond
- Develop and lead our Facebook strategy
- Lead our influencer strategy
Content Production
- Brief the video team clearly and with a commercial context — translating performance data into a sharper creative direction for every campaign
- Maintain a live feedback loop on creative performance — feeding insight back quickly enough to improve the next execution, not the one after
- Lead content days — identifying hero products, directing on set, and ensuring output serves both paid and organic needs
- Ensure paid asset production stays ahead of the campaign calendar — never scrambling for creative at peak
- Guide organic content direction across both accounts — ensuring every piece has a commercial reason to exist alongside its creative one

About Holly & Co
We’re a young but growing entrepreneurial company looking to build our brilliantly driven and kind team.
We are a B Corp and committed to our role as a business to provide an inclusive, thriving and safe environment for all our team. Our culture is one based in kindness, to not only one another but our Co’s, the wider world, and our planet. We are committed to building a company that is a force for good.
We learn from others, have a big vision and move fast. ‘Fast-paced entrepreneurial environment’ is often used, but we really are! We invest in our team for the long term and want to grow as a family together.
Working at Holly & Co
This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days a week in our Twickenham office. We are a genuinely close team — the kind where people stay because they care about each other and about what we are building together, not because the perks are impressive (though we do celebrate well).
You will report into our Digital Director, who sits on the senior leadership team. You will have access to senior leadership on brand and creative when you need it — but this is a role with genuine autonomy. You will be trusted to own your remit.
You will have the support of a junior Social Media Executive who will handle execution, community management, posting, and stories across both accounts — giving you the headspace to focus on strategy, performance, and the agency relationship.
How to Apply
We would really appreciate a cover letter to support your application. Please email this to careers@holly.co — and include answers to the following three questions. We read every application, and a thoughtful answer to these three questions will tell us more than the CV alone.
- Why you’re interested in the role and Holly & Co and why do you think you would be a good fit
- The paid media campaign you’re most proud of (why and what were the results)
- Tell us about a social account — in or outside our category — that you think gets the balance between great storytelling and commercial performance exactly right. What makes it work?
Closing date for applications is midnight on Wednesday, 24th June 2026.
This is a senior role with a salary dependent on experience and aligned to market benchmarks. For a confidential discussion, contact Dani on careers@holly.co
