The Role
We're looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to take ownership of campaign delivery across a portfolio of premium clients. This is a hands-on role - the bulk of the work is paid search, with paid social running alongside it. You'll be the day-to-day technical lead on your accounts, working closely with our MD across strategy, client context, and new business as the agency grows.
You won't be left to figure things out alone. This is a genuinely collaborative setup - ideas get heard, workload gets managed together, and you'll have direct access to leadership from day one. But you do need to be someone who takes initiative, thinks carefully, and gets things done without being nudged.
We're less concerned with where you've been than with what you're capable of. If your current title doesn't reflect your ability or the level you're ready to operate at, that won't count against you here.

Channel Focus
Primary: Paid Search - Google Ads across Search, Display, and Performance Max.
Secondary: Paid Social - Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn across the relevant client accounts.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max for a portfolio of premium clients
- Running paid social campaigns across Meta
- Leading on client-facing reporting - using Swydo, Looker Studio, and SuperAds to build dashboards, write performance commentary, and present results clearly
- Joining regular status calls and check-ins as the technical account lead
- Supporting day-to-day client email correspondence with professionalism and speed
- Building performance forecasts and campaign plans tied to client objectives
- Conducting keyword research, audience builds, negative keyword management, and ongoing optimisation
- Spotting potential problems before they become issues and arriving with a plan when you flag them
- Supporting in building PCA's and QBR reports as needed
What We'd Love to See From You
- 2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience, agency-side preferred
- Experience as a senior executive
- Strong Google Ads foundation across different campaign types
- Meta Ads knowledge and experience
- Comfortable being client-facing: a clear communicator that loves to speak with great people!
- Experience building and owning reporting
- Organised and reactive - you can context-switch without dropping the ball
- A genuine critical thinker - you question what you're doing and why, and back it with data
- Someone who cares a lot about the work and the clients behind it
Great To Have
- Experience with hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with GA4 and GTM for conversion tracking
- Google Ads certified, or working towards it
- An eye for what makes a premium brand tick

Salary
Dependent on experience, with a clear growth path to Manager in the next 6-12 months.
