We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded PPC Implementation Specialist to lead the setup and early-stage management of new PPC client accounts.
This role bridges Sales and the Paid Media team owning the onboarding phase from Kick-Off call through to full campaign launch, tracking setup, and first 90-day performance stabilization before structured handover to the Paid team.
You will be responsible for ensuring every new client starts with a clean build, accurate tracking, and a clear strategic foundation.
Key Responsibilities1. Client On-boarding & Strategy
- Attend Kick-Off (KO) calls with new PPC clients
- Extract key business objectives, KPIs, margins, and positioning
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Develop initial campaign strategy and testing roadmap
- Recommend channel mix and budget allocation
2. Account Build & Implementation
- Build Google Ads campaigns from scratch
- Structure campaigns according to best practices
- Write high-performing ad copy aligned with client positioning
- Set up audiences, extensions, negative keywords
- Ensure accounts are scalable from day one
3. Tracking & Technical Setup
- Set up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, form tracking, call tracking)
- Validate attribution and conversion accuracy
- Troubleshoot tracking issues
- Create clear internal tracking documentation
- Ensure accounts are launch-ready with full data visibility
4. 90-Day Nurture Phase
- Monitor and optimize campaigns during the first 3 months
- Establish performance benchmarks
- Identify early optimization opportunities
- Maintain clear internal notes and account documentation
- Prepare structured handover to Paid Media team
5. Handover & Documentation
- Provide clear strategic summary
- Deliver performance insights from first 90 days
- Ensure smooth transition with minimal rebuild required
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
- Experience building accounts from scratch
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Confident with conversion tracking setup
- Strong understanding of campaign structure and bidding strategies
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable in client-facing calls
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding timelines simultaneously
