The Role…
Paid Media plays a central role in amplifying Hearst’s global brands and delivering impactful digital partnerships for our clients. As a Junior Paid Media Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that delivery — supporting the execution, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Working closely with our Senior and Lead team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign activation, performance analysis and budget management. This is a great role for someone looking to break into digital marketing or take their first step in-house, with structured development, real responsibility and a clear progression pathway within the team.
Main Duties…
- Support the set-up, launch and delivery of Global Paid Media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing changes with guidance from Senior team members.
- Assist with budget pacing and spend tracking, ensuring campaigns remain efficient and commercially sound.
- Compile and validate performance data for weekly and end-of-campaign reports, contributing to client-facing summaries and insight generation.
- Troubleshoot basic platform and delivery issues, escalating more complex challenges appropriately.
- Stay up to date with Paid Media platform updates and industry trends, proactively sharing insights and ideas with the wider team.
What We Are Looking For…
- Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and paid social platforms (particularly Meta and TikTok). You know what good content looks like and what makes it stand out.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn — the digital landscape evolves quickly, and we want someone who will challenge our thinking and bring fresh ideas to the table!
- Strong numerical ability and confidence working with data, with a general idea as to how AI can support you doing this.
- High attention to detail, particularly when setting up campaigns and compiling reports.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a desire to learn tools such as GA4 and other measurement platforms.
- Strong organisational and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- We work across multiple markets, so any experience speaking a different language is always a bonus!
