Junior Paid Media Specialist - Icatcha
Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid, London or Dubai preferred)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 DOE

Role Summary
You’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for Icatcha’s e-commerce clients. This is a hands-on role with direct mentorship from the founder, with opportunities to grow into a strategic media buyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage paid campaigns in Meta, Google & TikTok Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly - analyse KPIs and suggest optimisation actions.
- Produce weekly reporting, including insightful commentary.
- Assist with creative testing and provide monthly creative briefs + strategic recommendations.
- Support Google Ads structure (ad copy, keywords, ad groups).
- Conduct client audits and contribute to new business initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on media platform trends and share insights with manager and clients.
What You’ll Need
- 12-18 months experience running paid media campaigns in-house or agency-side.
- Strong Meta & Google Ads expertise (TikTok Ads a bonus).
- Confidence with Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
- A performance-driven mindset with good understanding of campaign KPIs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Skillshop & Meta Blueprint certifications (bonus).
- Undergraduate degree (preferred).
