Blooms Art Company is looking for a confident and creative Social Media Intern to help bring our floral designs and installations to life online. This paid internship is ideal for someone in their late teens to early twenties who enjoys being on camera, loves social media, and has an interest in creativity, design, and visual storytelling.
You’ll be creating engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, showcasing our floral decorations, behind-the-scenes moments, and real-life event setups. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build an on-camera portfolio while learning how content is created, refined, and grown within a creative business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recording short-form video content (talking-head, POV, and behind-the-scenes style) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Presenting floral arrangements, installations, and event décor in a warm, engaging, and approachable way
- Capturing and showcasing real-life floral setups, styling moments, and creative processes
- Collaborating with the team to come up with content ideas that reflect the Blooms Art Company brand
- Maintaining a consistent on-camera style and tone that matches our aesthetic
- Keeping up with social media trends, formats, and best practices
- Helping repurpose and refine content to improve reach and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Strong communication skills with a friendly on-screen presence
- An interest in floristry, design, events, or creative industries
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends
- Creative, detail-oriented, and well organised
- Able to work independently and manage your time
- Previous content creation or social media experience is a bonus, but not essential
