OVERVIEW:
Breaking Ads Agency is on the lookout for a Paid Digital Media Manager to join our fast-growing advertising agency on a part-time, 3-month contract — with the potential to extend for the right candidate.
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising paid campaigns across social, search, and digital platforms for some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, fashion, events and more.
Working closely with our founder and wider media team, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering high-impact, fast-turnaround campaigns that connect brands with audiences on various media channels.
You’ll bring proven experience managing paid campaigns within an agency or music industry environment, and/or social-first brands, strong creative instincts, and a genuine passion for music marketing and cultural storytelling.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Plan, manage and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into measurable paid strategies that drive reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Work alongside the creative and OOH teams to execute cross-platform, integrated campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance weekly, identifying insights and actionable next steps.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure full delivery against KPIs.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new tools, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
- Support rapid-response and reactive campaigns — often working to tight deadlines and fast turnarounds.
- Collaborate with media owners, creative partners, and record label teams to amplify campaign impact.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid social or digital campaigns (preferably in an agency setting)
- Proven track record of delivering results for music, entertainment, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, tracking, and creative optimisation
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Flexible, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced, reactive environments
- A genuine interest in music, pop culture, and digital storytelling
THE DETAILS:
📍 Hybrid Role: 3 days per week total - (2 days working from home + 1 day per week in London/Home) - NOTE - Also potential to work from Birmingham/Solihull area 1 day per week instead of London if easier.
🕒 Contract: Part-time, 3 months (with potential to extend)
💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience
