About the role…
Our new Paid Media Specialist will help with the strategy, implementation and analysis of ad campaigns across all key platforms. Everything we do it focussed on meeting the client objectives, so we work closely with our client teams to learn as much as possible about their businesses to improve our ability to positively impact their business.
Opportunities for growth…
Although we’re seeking a paid specialist, if we find someone with broader skills, we’d be very interested as we don’t strictly structure the business into ‘channels’ like a normal agency. Equally, if you’re a paid expert but keen to expand your knowledge into more digital specialisms, we’d happily support that journey.
Responsibilities…
- Management of paid media budgets, optimising for performance and ROI
- Campaign setup, copy optimisation & analysis across all key platforms e.g. Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok...
- Performance monitoring in platform and via Google Analytics/Looker Studio
- Audience insight and segmentation targeting to maximise performance
- Delivering strategic performance insights to drive action and performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to maintain edge
- Collaborate with the team in a positive manner to bring joy and success
- Using creativity without fear to help our clients and team successfully grow
About you…
- 2–4 years hands-on experience managing paid search and social
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
- Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Self-starter with a love for learning and curiosity at your core
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not essential)
