The Role
You'll take the lead on paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, using data, creativity and commercial insight to continually improve performance. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll help shape campaign strategy, uncover new growth opportunities and ensure every campaign is delivering against business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and developing paid social campaigns across key social platforms.
- Identifying new opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement and online revenue.
- Using campaign performance and customer insights to refine targeting, creative and budget allocation.
- Monitoring performance trends and introducing fresh ideas to keep campaigns performing at their best.
- Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while balancing commercial goals with creative thinking.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and platform developments to ensure the business remains competitive.
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- At least two years’ experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Previous paid social experience working within a fashion brand or fashion retailer. This is essential for the role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, with exposure to TikTok and Pinterest advertising highly beneficial.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable commercial results within an e-commerce environment.
- A strong understanding of fashion audiences, seasonal trading patterns and commercially focused campaign activity.
- A data-driven approach, with the confidence to interpret performance and make informed optimisation decisions.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continually improving campaign performance.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join an established and growing fashion brand where digital marketing plays a central role in the business. You'll have the autonomy to influence campaign performance, work alongside a collaborative marketing team and see the direct impact your work has on the company's continued online growth.
If you have hands-on paid social experience within the fashion industry and are looking for a role where you can take ownership and develop your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
Location
This is a full-time, office-based position, with you'll be based from the company's Essex office five days a week.
