Senior Paid Media Executive📍 Fully Remote (UK & Dubai) | 💷 £30,000 to £35,000
👋 Who We AreThere's a good chance you've already seen our work. You just didn't realise it was us behind it.
OnSocial is a performance-driven paid media and creative agency. We run paid campaigns across Meta and Google for some of the biggest names in events, hospitality and entertainment, alongside fast-growing e-commerce and consumer brands.
If you've bought a festival ticket, booked a club night or scrolled past a show ad this summer, there's a fair chance it ran through us.
We're a senior team of four, fully remote across the UK and Dubai, and growing fast. AI is part of how we work, end to end. The role is remote, but we still get together in person for team days, offsites and client meetings.
🎯 The RoleWe're hiring a Senior Paid Media Executive to join us fully remote.
You'll work directly with our Head of Paid Media on day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of three to five live client accounts. You'll be in the platforms every day, building and optimising campaigns, managing budgets, and owning delivery to a high standard. Real accounts, real budgets, and the results matter.
This is an executional role first. We're not looking for someone stepping up from an executive or assistant position. We need someone who can step straight in, take ownership, and deliver from day one.
We also want someone proactive. Someone who spots what needs doing and does it, brings ideas to the table, and over time grows into taking the reins on their own accounts. If you're the type who just wants to get your hands dirty and build something, you'll fit right in here. You'll get real visibility, genuine ownership, and the room to grow as fast as the agency does.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing- Day-to-day campaign execution across paid search and paid social platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels: builds, optimisations, audience updates, and budget management
- Setting up campaigns end-to-end within established account structures: ad builds, copy QA, creative coordination, audience segmentation, and launch
- Monitoring performance daily and making platform-level adjustments to hit targets
- Supporting on client reporting: pulling data, spotting trends, and flagging issues early
- Coordinating with clients and the internal team to keep asset pipelines and timelines moving
- Keeping campaign trackers, naming conventions, and account hygiene in good shape
🔍 What We're Looking ForPaid media is the core of this role, so real hands-on experience is what counts. We're not fussed about your degree or where you studied. What matters is that you've genuinely run campaigns and know what good looks like.
You'll likely:
- Have solid hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with genuine account ownership on at least one, not just supporting from the sidelines
- Be comfortable building campaigns from scratch (structure, targeting, copy QA, bid strategy, launch) without needing to be walked through it
- Understand the core paid media KPIs and what they actually mean: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and how to use them to diagnose performance
- Be able to read account data and form a clear, confident view of what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change
- Know the difference between a performance problem and a creative problem, and have an instinct for which lever to pull first
- Be proactive. The kind of person who flags issues early, spots what needs doing, and keeps things moving without constant check-ins
- Be comfortable using AI to work faster and sharper. We're an AI-forward team, Claude included, and we expect everyone to use it to raise the quality and speed of their output
- Be detail-oriented and organised, the kind who notices when something looks off and fixes it without being asked
- Be a clear communicator who can relay campaign updates to clients and the team simply and accurately
- Be around for core hours, roughly 9am to 5:30 or 6pm, with a bit of flexibility given we work across UK and UAE time zones, and available for regular video syncs
✨ About YouA few signs this role is for you:
- You get a genuine dopamine hit when you see a CPA drop.
- You catch a bad ad in your own Instagram feed and instinctively start rebuilding their targeting in your head.
- You're a self-starter. There's no hand-holding here. When you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to figure it out, not to wait for a manager to assign it.
⭐ Bonus Points For- Experience on events, hospitality, festival or entertainment accounts (a big part of what we do)
- Experience across other paid channels too, like TikTok, not just Meta and Google
- Exposure to Meta CAPI, GA4, GTM, or Merchant Centre
- Familiarity with PMax, Shopping campaigns, or ecommerce feed structures
- Any experience with reporting tools or client-facing decks
🎁 The Offer- 💷 £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience
- 🌴 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays + team days off
- 🏦 Workplace pension scheme with company contributions (standard 3-month postponement applies)
- 🌍 Fully remote day to day, with regular team days, offsites and in-person client time, plus optional co-working in Dubai or London
- 💻 A MacBook and the kit you need to do your best work
- 📊 A portfolio of live accounts across events, entertainment and e-commerce: real brands, real budgets, results that matter
- 🤝 Direct, day-to-day mentorship from a Head of Paid Media with 10+ years hands-on across Meta and Google
- 🤖 A genuinely AI-forward team that uses AI in the actual work, not just in theory
- 🚀 A four-person team with no layers, no red tape and no middle management. Real ownership from week one
