The Role
We’re looking for a paid media specialist to deliver profitable and scalable campaign performance across multiple accounts.
You will be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns. You will be expected to take ownership of performance, making decisions based on data and continuously improving campaign efficiency and return on ad spend.
Scope of Work
- Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Spotify
- Manage budgets and performance across multiple client accounts
- Test creatives, audiences, and landing flows
- Collaborate with internal teams where needed to align strategy
- Translate campaign performance into clear commercial insights, helping inform wider marketing and growth decisions
- Take ownership of campaign performance, making data-led decisions to improve efficiency and results over time
- Identify and act on opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining or improving performance
- Continuously optimise account structure, targeting, and creative approach based on performance data
- Ensure tracking, attribution, and campaign setup are accurate and aligned with campaign objectives
What you bring
- Proven experience managing paid media profitably
- Strong understanding of attribution and performance data
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
- Experience in agency or multi-client environments preferred
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate it into clear optimisation actions
- Understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, and how to optimise against them
- Confidence working across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and adapting strategies accordingly
- Ability to prioritise effectively across accounts based on performance and commercial impact
- Strong attention to detail when managing budgets, tracking, and campaign setup
