Overview
The Paid Media Executive will report to the Senior Paid Social Manager and assist them in executing the paid social strategy in Boden’s core markets of the UK, US and Germany, as well as several newly expanding global markets. This role will have a special focus on TikTok campaign and creative strategy.
You will be the bridge between data and creativity. While you’ll be hands-on with campaign builds, optimisation, and performance analysis, you’ll also be instrumental in developing our TikTok Ads creative strategy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and creative partners to iterate high-performing ad concepts, ensuring our content feels "native" to the feed while remaining unmistakably Boden.
The successful candidate will contribute to Boden's outstanding success by creating inspiring, engaging, and high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 day WFH.
What You Will Do
Day to day execution of Paid Media, including creative optimisation, copy testing, audience optimisation and channel reporting.
Deliver weekly reporting to internal stakeholders that moves beyond numbers to provide clear "So What?" insights and actionable next steps.
Assist the Paid Media Manager in creating insight feedback loops with Product and Creative departments, ensuring creative learnings are integrated into future asset production.
Proactively identify opportunities to scale TikTok and Meta through structured A/B testing and platform alpha/betas.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders in the Brand, Product and Customer teams to deliver best in class creative, product feeds and first party data that unlock improvements in performance of Paid Social.
What We Are Looking For
Experience managing paid social campaigns for a fast-paced consumer brand or agency.
Ideally hands-on experience within TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Pinterest or Google is a plus.
An analytical mindset – comfortable navigating data to find trends and confident using Excel/Google Sheets.
A strong understanding of what makes a "good" social ad and the ability to brief creative teams effectively.
A hunger and enthusiasm to learn quickly and contribute to a growth-oriented performance marketing team.
Excellent multi-tasker who takes pride in accuracy and flawless execution.
Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
