Who is TAL Agency?

TAL Agency is a fast-growing, data-driven search agency based in Bolton. We are looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join our team as a result of continued agency growth. This is a remote first role - one day a week in our Bolton office, four days remote.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of PPC, who wants to grow their skills across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, whilst supporting the wider team with campaign management, optimisation and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

Assist in planning, executing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Support keyword research, search term analysis and campaign structure improvements.
Monitor and optimise campaigns through bid adjustments, budget management, negative keywords and ad testing.
Support reporting and analysis of campaign performance, highlighting insights to help improve results.
Work closely with the Paid Media team to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and performing well for clients.
Stay up to date with platform updates and PPC best practices.
Communicate with clients when needed, supporting the team in calls or during presentations.

What would make the ideal candidate?

2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
Good reporting and analytical skills, comfortable using Google Analytics or other reporting tools.
Experience with keyword research, search term optimisation and account management tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organisation.
A proactive, “can-do” attitude - happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
A team player who communicates well and enjoys collaborating.
Comfortable taking direction from senior team members, but also confident to suggest ideas when appropriate.
