Orrest Digital
We are a fast-growing agency working with service-based businesses across the UK. We're a dedicated growth partner for our partners & industries span from retail to construction.
Role Description
You’ll be hands-on across PPC and Paid Social, translating strategy into well-structured campaigns, tight targeting, and disciplined optimisation. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the platforms, close to performance, and accountable for results.
What success looks like
• Campaigns are launched cleanly and structured properly from day one.
• Performance trends are understood early, with proactive optimisations rather than reactive fixes.
• Clients trust the numbers because tracking, reporting, and attribution are solid.
• Creative and messaging improves over time because you test methodically and learn quickly.
• Orrest Digital's own paid activity is consistent, well-managed, and improving month-on-month.
What a normal week looks like
• Build and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display as appropriate).
• Plan, launch, and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn
• Monitor performance daily, identifying opportunities to improve CTR, CPA, and overall efficiency.
• Implement A/B tests across audiences, creative, copy, and landing pages.
• Manage budgets carefully, ensuring spend aligns with objectives and pacing is controlled.
• Work with designers and strategists to brief and refine creative assets.
• Prepare clear performance updates that explain what’s happening and what you’re doing about it.
• Support quarterly or monthly reporting with insight, not just numbers.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices.
Who you are
• A PPC & Paid Social specialist with solid, hands-on experience in live accounts.
• Comfortable inside Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Confident setting up campaigns end-to-end, not just inheriting existing structures.
• Data-literate and commercially aware - you care about outcomes, not vanity metrics.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
• Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve performance.
• Clear communicator who can explain results in plain English.
