We are now entering an ambitious growth phase - expanding volumes, teams, systems, and services - and paid media is a critical lever in scaling responsibly.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Paid Media Executive to take hands-on ownership of our paid acquisition, with a deep focus on Meta ads and PPC, funnel performance, and efficiency.
This is a performance role, not a coordination role.
You’ll be close to the numbers, close to the ads, and close to the funnel - working with a broader marketing team to ensure paid growth is sustainable, compliant, and commercially sound.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves testing and optimisation
- Understands how creative, audiences, and landing pages work together
- Wants real ownership of CAC, CPC, and conversion performance
What You’ll Be Responsible ForPaid Media Execution & Optimisation
- Own the day-to-day management of Meta ads, Bing and Google PPC (with scope to support other channels).
- Build, launch, test, and optimise campaigns across audiences, creative, and messaging.
- Maintain clean account structures, naming conventions, and tracking.
This is not a set and forget_ role!_
Funnel & Performance Thinking
- Continuously look for opportunities to reduce CAC, CPC, and CPA while maintaining quality.
- Work with the team to optimise ‘beyond the click’.
Testing & Learning
- Develop and run structured testing roadmaps across:
- Creative formats
- Hooks and messaging
- Audiences and targeting
- Document learnings and feed insights back into creative, content, and site optimisation.
Reporting & Insight
- Monitor daily and weekly performance, budget pacing, and efficiency.
- Produce clear performance updates with insights and recommendations.
- Use data to guide decisions - not gut feel.
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure ads remain compliant and responsible.
- Collaborate with content and design on briefs, feedback, and iteration.
- Ensure paid activity aligns with operational capacity and patient experience.
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- 1-3+ years’ hands on experience in paid media, ideally Meta-focused.
- Strong understanding of performance drivers across paid social.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Experience testing creative, audiences, and funnel changes.
- Organised, curious, and proactive.
Desirable (but not required)
- Experience in regulated, restricted, or policy-sensitive categories.
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or health-tech.
- Experience working closely with dev teams.
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.
