Working with high-growth DTC businesses, the team runs global campaigns with ad spend well into six figures across Meta platforms.
This role is ideal for an experienced Media Buyer ready to take full ownership of strategy, delivery and client relationships.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to shape campaign direction, guide creative output and deliver results that drive growth.
Work from anywhere, with full flexibility, as long as there’s some crossover with EST hours to collaborate with the wider team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and scale high-performance Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns to hit KPIs such as ROAS and CAC
- Lead client strategy calls and maintain clear, proactive communication through Slack and meetings
- Write ad copy, brief creative, and collaborate with designers and editors to align creative and performance
- Own account performance, track key metrics and identify opportunities beyond media buying alone
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience running Meta campaigns for ecommerce brands with budgets over $100K per month
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, funnel strategies and audience targeting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Confident communicator with experience leading client conversations and performance reviews
- Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment
Salary: £39,000 – £61,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
