RCL Property Renovation is looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially minded Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising specialist who would like to earn additional income alongside their existing employment, freelance work or other commitments.
We’re not looking for someone to leave their current position or take on another full-time job.
This opportunity is aimed at someone who already has the knowledge and experience and would like to use those skills for a few flexible hours around their existing commitments.
What We Provide
We provide the photographs, videos, before-and-after material and other content required for campaigns.
We also provide the agreed advertising budget.
You won’t be expected to visit properties, produce photography or videos, provide quotations or deal with the work itself.
What You Bring
We’re looking for proven, hands-on experience in:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Facebook & Instagram paid advertising
- Audience targeting and retargeting
- Understanding advertising algorithms
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Campaign testing and optimisation
- Managing advertising budgets
- Cost-per-lead and conversion analysis
- Identifying what’s working and improving what isn’t
We provide the content and advertising budget. You provide the expertise, ideas and motivation to turn it into new business.
A Side Income Worth Having
Rather than a conventional hourly rate, this is a results-driven opportunity that rewards you directly for the business your campaigns generate.
You receive 10% of the net income from every completed job generated from your leads.
For example:
£2,000 net income → £200 commission
£4,000 net income → £400 commission
£6,000 net income → £600 commission
£10,000 net income → £1,000 commission
There is no ceiling on your earning potential.
Commission is payable on qualifying new business attributable to your campaigns once RCL has received payment from the customer.
