We’re PAWS Therapy & Assistance Dog Training, a passionate, dog-mad super team bringing life-changing Therapy & Assistance Dog training programmes to schools, therapists and families across the UK.

Now, we’re looking for a Paid Traffic Specialist to help us expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ultimately change lives, one tail wag at a time.

About the Role

As our in-house Paid Traffic Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our growth marketing strategy, creating, scaling, and optimising campaigns that bring more schools and families into the PAWS community.

Your mission: to design, implement, and scale high-performing paid media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and action.

You will:

Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google (LinkedIn and TikTok experience a bonus)
Own the creative testing strategy: which angles to test, which formats, when to kill an ad, what to build next
Brief our creative team on the assets and copy you need
Own reporting, analyse performance and make clear recommendations we can act on
Work with our sales team so the journey from click to conversion is seamless
Stay ahead of platform changes so our campaigns stay sharp

What We’re Looking For

You are:

Analytical and driven by results. You love finding what works and scaling it hard
Obsessed with optimisation. No detail is too small when you're chasing a lower CPL or higher ROAS
Organised and proactive. You run multiple campaigns and budgets with precision
A straight talker. You tell us what the data says, even when it's not what we hoped

What you’ll bring:

A proven track record running profitable paid campaigns, agency or in house makes no difference to us. Results do!
Deep hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Solid understanding of landing pages and the full conversion funnel
Confident reporting and analysis skills, GA4 included
Bonus points for education, social impact or pet industries
