The role

Own end-to-end growth strategy across paid social and search for DTC clients
Act as a true growth partner – not just running ads, but shaping business outcomes
Lead on client relationships, strategy, and performance direction
Drive creative strategy and testing frameworks alongside specialist teams
Get involved in new business and onboarding, shaping how the agency grows
Work cross-functionally with data science and creative teams to unlock scale
