We are currently looking for a new Paid Media Manager to join our award-winning team. Depending on where you are based we are able to offer either a fully remote or hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
As a Paid Media Manager working as part of Receptionals award-winning Paid Media Team you will be responsible for multiple Paid Media advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Paid Media, SEO, Creative and PR teams to execute Paid Search, Display, and/or social advertising strategies across multiple key accounts.

The Required Skills
Essential Skills:
- At least 2+ years’ experience in paid search and/or social media advertising, preferably agency-side.
- Have plenty of experience in campaign creation and management on Google or Facebook Ads
- Be able to manage client relationships, and be capable of preparing client presentations
- Be Google Ads certified / Facebook Ads certified (either)
- Have good campaign planning capabilities i.e. budgeting and forecasting
- Be able to work independently
- Be numerate and analytical, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attend and contribute to internal team meetings and external client meetings.
- Graduate from the Receptional Academy within six months (running in tandem with our probationary period) to improve knowledge of all our services areas.
Non-Essential Skills
- Able to train others internally, if needed
- Contributes to the team (sharing info and helping others)
- Contributes to award entries and client case studies
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Create and optimise paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions
- Manage the day-to-day communication with clients, building and maintaining good working relationships
- Ensure PPC best practices are implemented throughout all managed campaigns
- Ensure that spend and performance are closely monitored against KPIs
- Conduct daily checks on accounts to identify issues/opportunities
- Maintain professional certifications (e.g., Google ads Certification)
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
- Contribute to internal team meetings, and other groups e.g., Focus Groups and culture initiatives.
- Provide clients with campaign insights and strategic advice
- Provide campaign reporting, as per agreed client plans
- Work with your line manager to develop strategic plans for your clients
