The Role and Candidate
We are looking for a Paid Media executive to lead performance marketing efforts for POP MART. This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across global digital advertising channels through data-driven paid media strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid media strategy and execution across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across different markets and product lines (e.g., blind boxes, IP merchandise, collectibles)
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations including setup, optimization, budgeting, and pacing
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting using platform data and analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, e-commerce, and brand teams to improve ad performance and landing page conversion
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and best practices
- Manage relationships with media platforms or external agencies if applicable
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies
- Hands-on experience in image and video content creation is a plus
- Familiarity with DTC brands, e-commerce, or consumer goods is a plus
