OverviewThe Director, reporting to the Vice President, is responsible for the strategic oversight and overall success of client accounts. They drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a senior point of contact for key clients. The Director provides high-level thought leadership, spearheads innovation, and fosters collaboration across teams. They also play a critical role in talent development, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within their team.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Guides the paid search team optimizing campaign performance, implementing innovative solutions, and reviewing major strategic recommendations, test-and-learn agendas, and new opportunities to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Fiscal Accountability: Oversees the financial management of paid search accounts, providing senior leadership with accurate financial reporting and forecasting, while identifying upsell opportunities to drive additional revenue growth.
Strategy & Innovation: Acts as a senior strategic advisor to clients, offering forward-thinking insights and delivering innovative paid search solutions that leverage the latest platforms, tools, and technologies to drive account growth and performance.
Team Leadership: Mentors Supervisors and Associate Directors, guiding their development and leadership while fostering a team culture rooted in excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Operational Excellence: Ensures operational efficiency within the paid search team by establishing, refining, and maintaining processes, systems, and best practices to deliver high-quality and consistent performance across all client accounts.
- Define and lead a bespoke and structured regional test-and-learn agenda, ensuring clear hypotheses, measurement frameworks, and actionable outcomes.
Delivers thought leadership among clients and within the agency by driving innovative solutions, merchandising success stories, and sharing key industry insights that elevate the agency’s market position and client success
Drives the strategic vision for client accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals, overall marketing strategy, and agency objectives
Leads the exploration and implementation of innovative growth opportunities, strategically leveraging emerging platforms, advanced tactics, and cutting-edge technologies to elevate client accounts and drive significant business impact
Holds accountability for the successful delivery of client campaigns and projects, ensuring that initiatives exceed performance goals, are delivered on time, and meet financial targets

Compensation Range: $121,315.00 - $ 161,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
