As one of the few direct suppliers to Amazon in our category (Amazon Vendor), we launch 30-50 new SKUs each quarter, with an obsessive focus on performance and customer experience.
Your Role
You’ll own and optimise BarberBoss’s Amazon PPC advertising performance, helping us grow visibility, conversion, and profitability across all EU marketplaces.
You’ll also support the expansion of our paid marketing efforts across Meta, Google, and SEO, building a unified performance marketing foundation for the brand.
What you’ll do
- Plan, launch and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
- Optimise budgets, bids, and targeting daily to maximise ROAS and control ACOS.
- Analyse keyword and ASIN performance - identify winning search terms, negatives, and opportunities to scale.
- Build campaign structures that support keyword harvesting and product lifecycle goals (auto → phrase → exact).
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to improve listing conversion and creative based on ad data.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next-step actions.
- Extend PPC learnings to Meta/Google Ads and assist in developing brand awareness and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with Amazon Ads trends, algorithm changes, and competitor tactics to keep BarberBoss ahead.
What you’ll bring
Experience:
- 1–3 years of hands-on PPC experience on Amazon Ads, or strong proven experience managing Google/Meta Ads with a data-driven approach (proven track record of digital amplification and managing a performance marketing budget is required).
- Comfortable with keyword research, bid management, negative keyword strategy, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience analysing advertising reports and turning data into actionable insights.
Tools:
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console, Brand Analytics, Search Term Reports, and keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
Traits: Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. You test, iterate, and scale what works.
Languages: English required; Mandarin a plus (for reading competitor listings and liaising with CN teammates).
Right to Work: Already based in UK and do not need visa sponsorship.
