Overview
We’re hiring a search-first growth marketer to capture high-intent demand and turn it into pipeline.
This role owns both SEO and paid search, working closely with content and conversion partners to ensure Kastle shows up when buyers are ready.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute SEO strategy (technical + content)
- Run high-intent paid search programs
- Own keyword and intent mapping
- Partner on landing pages and CRO
- Optimize for pipeline efficiency, not traffic volume
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B and B2C SEO experience
- Paid search experience with disciplined budgets
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills
- Comfort working with long sales cycles
