A forward-thinking digitalmarketingagency in Glasgow (hybrid) is looking for a SeniorPPCManager to join their team. This is a key role in shaping high-performing paid search strategies for a diverse client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising PPC campaigns that consistently hit or exceed client targets, while helping to expand and strengthen the agency's wider search offering. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, support the development of the Search function, and play an active role in refining processes and identifyinggrowthopportunities. What You'll Do: You'll take fullownership of high-impact PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results. From building smart, insight-led strategies to continuously optimising performance, you'll push campaigns beyond expectations and uncover new growth opportunities. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to turn data into action, raise performance standards, and help shape the future of the agency's paid search offering, all while mentoringothers and staying ahead of the latest industry developments.
