OverviewThe role of the Campaign Manager, Social is to flawlessly build, analyze and support paid social campaigns while also supporting audience targeting, investment by platform, and measurement KPIs. The Campaign Manager will have a keen understanding of social and demonstrating various ad types and objectives to get results. This position will focus on boosting engagement for the client’s TikTok & Instagram handles by monitoring paid performance and recommending organic posts based on current social media trends. NOTE THIS IS NOT CONTENT CREATION OR ORGANIC POSTING POSITION.
Responsibilities- Primary owner of paid social campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting for a portfolio of managed accounts.
- Determine appropriate audience & creative selection, campaign investment by channel, and measurement benchmarks.
- Provide consistent optimization for engagement of evergreen & cultural moment paid social campaigns to exceed client expectations.
- Crafting paid social strategy based on organic social media trends on Instagram & TikTok.
- Create, review and monitor advertising campaigns across various paid social media channels primarily on Meta and TikTok. Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit knowledge would be great but not required.
- Recommend, implement, and report optimization recommendations for performance improvements, particularly for engagement performance.
- Assist with managing the client budget tracker and provide actualizations
- Assist with social reporting needs, including developing insights and recommendations within an active campaign.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams regarding campaign delivery data pertinent to client and business goals.
- Monitor daily paid social campaign pacing and performance to exceed client benchmarks and expectations.
- Brainstorm and implement new ways to improve advertising and engagement on all social platforms, and leverage past takeaways & new products on Meta & TikTok to inform strategy and planning.
- Manage internal and external communication during all phases of an active social campaign’s lifecycle
- Maintain understanding of the social media landscape and platforms.
- Leverage pre-established best practices while implementing campaigns and building reports.
Qualifications- 1+ year of direct social media experience required; experience working in a media planning or buying position at an advertising or media agency preferred.
- Basic Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a nice to have.
- Experience in working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment.

Compensation Range: $49,305.00 - $68,530.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
