They deliver smart, data-led campaigns across search, social and wider digital channels — and are now looking for a hands-on PPC Manager to help elevate client performance and shape best-in-class paid media strategy.The RoleAs PPC Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day paid search delivery across a mix of eCommerce and lead-gen clients. You’ll manage strategy, optimisation and reporting, while working closely with analysts, account managers and creative teams to drive measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, build and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft AdsOwn keyword strategy, audience targeting, bid management & ad copy testingDevelop data-driven strategies to hit client KPIs and improve ROAS / CPAMonitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues and deliver actionable insightsProduce clear, value-focused reports and present results to clientsCollaborate with wider digital and creative teams to support integrated campaignsStay up to date with platform updates, trends and emerging paid media opportunitiesSupport in mentoring execs and contributing to process improvementAbout You2–4+ years’ hands-on PPC experience (agency experience preferred)Confident managing budgets across Google & Microsoft ecosystemsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into recommendationsComfortable owning client communication and presenting performanceProficient in Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manage
