A successful, Leeds based, e-commerce business who have been established for over 15 years is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team. This will ideally suit a senior executive looking for the next step or an existing manager wanting more autonomy and accountability in a role. You will bring with you experience managing B2C paid social campaigns, with the ability to work with the senior team on the strategy but manage all accounts hands on. Paid Social is in a good place in the business, this role will be to review what is good, make changes where required and work with the business as it looks to grow in new markets.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days in an office based on the outskirts of Leeds centre.
About You:
- Recent experience of focusing on Paid Social
- Manage campaigns and accounts hands on
- Experience of META and GA4
- Ideally you will have experience of B2C campaigns
- Client-side or agency-side consider, but must be able to be accountable and work autonomously to take ownership of paid social

- Review accounts and what works well
- Get to understand the business and their market
- Test and learn to dive improvements
- Support with growth into new markets
- Work with the creative team to improve quality of content going out
