MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LEAD GENERATION AGENCY EXPERIENCE

About Rated Media

Rated Media is a performance marketing agency that generates exclusive, high-quality leads for businesses. We run done-for-you Meta advertising, produce our own video creative, and use automation to follow up on every lead. We work with over 100 clients and are growing fast, with early expansion into the US.

The Role

You will own Meta ad performance across our client accounts. You will plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns, and you will know exactly what to do when something goes wrong. We want someone who has seen every situation (restricted accounts, learning-phase problems, creative fatigue, lead quality drops, rising CPLs) and fixes it quickly without hand-holding.

What You’ll Do

Build, launch and manage Meta lead generation campaigns for multiple clients at once
Scale budgets without breaking performance
Analyse results daily and make fast, data-led decisions on budgets, audiences, placements and creative
Work with our creative team (video editor and creative director) on briefs, testing plans and iteration based on what the data shows
Diagnose and resolve account issues: disapproved ads, restrictions, pixel and CAPI problems, tracking gaps
Keep lead quality high by working with the team on form setup, targeting and follow-up
Report clearly to account managers and leadership on spend, CPL, lead quality and next steps
Test continuously: new angles, hooks, formats, audiences and structures

Must-Haves

Proven lead generation agency experience. You have run paid ads for clients on a results-driven basis, not just in-house for one brand.
Managed £50k+ per month in Meta ad spend, either across accounts or as a single large budget, with evidence of results
Deep, hands-on Meta Ads Manager expertise: campaign structure, Advantage+, CBO/ABO, lead forms vs. conversion campaigns, pixel and Conversions API, and creative testing frameworks
Confidence handling account restrictions, policy issues and learning-phase problems
Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from the numbers
Reliable, self-managed and communicative, able to run accounts independently as a contractor
Fluent English and good written communication

Nice-to-Haves

Google Ads experience (Search, Performance Max, Local Services). We may expand into Google Ads in the future and want someone who can help build that.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and automation platforms
Experience managing UK or US clients
Familiarity with video-first creative strategy

What Success Looks Like

Consistent CPL and lead quality across client accounts
Fewer account issues and faster resolution when they happen
Clients scaling spend with us because results hold
A clear testing pipeline that keeps creative and campaigns fresh

What We Offer

£30k-£40k per year, based on experience
Long-term contract with room to grow as we scale
Remote working
Work with a creative team and in-house video production
Opportunity to help shape our Google Ads offering
