The Opportunity

We’re working with a growing, performance-driven acquisition business specialising in generating high-intent consumer leads across multiple legal claims sectors. Operating in a regulated environment, the business combines data-led decision-making, creative testing and paid media expertise to deliver efficient, scalable customer acquisition. As the business continues to grow, it is expanding its client portfolio, entering new market verticals and strengthening its in-house paid media function. The Role

As PPC Manager, you’ll manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a focus on delivering efficient cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

You’ll work across Search, Performance Max and Demand Gen campaigns, using data, structured testing and continuous optimisation to improve performance and identify opportunities to scale.

Working closely with creative, compliance, data and implementation teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are not only commercially effective but also compliant with relevant advertising regulations, platform policies and internal standards.

With exposure to multiple legal claims verticals and audiences, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise across a varied portfolio of performance marketing campaigns while making a direct contribution to business growth.
